Please supply all details of Cllr Steve Mumby a Liverpool city councilor.
1/ Cllr. Steve Mumby was dismissed from “Knowsley council”. And the real reason has been kept concealed from the public (The ratepayers) all these years.
2/ Will the Liverpool city council now explain to the public how “Cllr Steve Mumby” went from “Knowsley Council” to becoming a councilor at the Liverpool city council?
3/ Has the Liverpool city council ever done any full background checks on this person (Cllr Steve Mumby) as to why he was dismissed from “Knowsley council”.
4/ Has Cllr Steve Mumby also declared his interests with acting for several Liverpool developers (One being Liverpool Chinatown Project 2014/15) as a consultant and PR agent?

Liverpool City Council would advise that with the exception of
requirements on Elected Members to declare relevant interests including
their employment status, it is not a matter for the City Council to
comment on matters relating to the private employment of individual
Elected Members.

In relation to your request for explanation, Freedom of Information
legislation relates to information held and does not extend to require
provision of explanations. This question is therefore not valid. By way of
context, the electoral process in England and Wales and the ability and
eligibility of individuals to stand for office subject to satisfying
relevant qualifying criteria is a matter of public record. Please visit
the Electoral Commission for relevant information.
Lastly, details of interests declared by Elected Members at Committee
Meetings as well as the Register of Interests and associated entries for
each individual Elected Member are already in the public domain in full in
accordance with relevant legislative requirements. As such, Section 21 of
the Freedom of Information Act 2000 is applied to all elements of your
request.
No further information is held by Liverpool City Council beyond that
already included in the published declarations and Register of Interests
as referenced above. For purposes of clarity and in accordance with our
duty to provide advice and assistance as at Section 16 of the Freedom of
Information Act 2000, all of the requested information is reasonably
accessible to you for each individual Elected Member in turn at -

On this basis, Section 21 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 is
applied and this response therefore serves as a Notice under Section 17 of
the same Act.

Liverpool City Council as a responsible public authority similarly has
clear obligations and a duty of care and responsibility to our Elected
Members and toward Officers employed by the City Council.
As such, and in the event of the continued use of public forums for the
submission of requests accompanied with commentary, speculation, innuendo
and opinion designed to harass or otherwise impact on City Council Elected
Members or Officers, we will assess and respond to such requests
accordingly.
For purposes of clarity, any requests which are accompanied by commentary,
speculation, innuendo and opinion designed to harass or otherwise impact
on individuals will be considered with due regard to Section 14 which
allows a public authority to decline to respond to a request which may be
assessed as vexatious in terms of its content and impact. We will
similarly give consideration to aggregating the costs of multiple and
interlinked requests such as to assess whether the timescale taken for
compliance exceeds that set out at Section 12 of the Freedom of
Information Act 2000. The relevant limit is 18 hours.
