Please supply all information on the following and Cllr Steve Mumby.
His directorship of Glendale Liverpool Limited (05765738) between December 16th 2014 and June 6th 2018, did he report this to the LCC?

During this period the Company made a gross profit in excess of £4 million.

The Company was established by Liverpool City Council as “a new joint venture for the Parks Package” in October 2006.

(1) Please provide a full list of Cllr MUNBY’s declared Register of Interests from the years 2014 to 2018

(2) Did Cllr MUNBY declare this directorship on his Register of Interests for these years?

(3) How much did Cllr MUNBY make as a director of GLENDALE, a company of which he was a Director and which also had millions of pounds worth of contracts with Liverpool City Council?

(4) Did Cllr MUNBY declare this income to the Monitoring Officer Officer?

(5) Did Cllr MUNBY declare to the Monitoring Officer that he was both a Director of GLENDALE and of LIVERPOOL STREET SCENE at a time when £7 million in contracts were transferred between the two companies, from Liverpool City Council?

(6) Was Councillor MUNBY’s directorship of LIVERPOOL STREET SCENE made public in his Declaration of interests for the relevant years?

(7) Please provide details of the tendering process by which LIVERPOOL STREET SCENE were awarded this contract.

(8) How much has Councillor MUNBY made as Director of LIVERPOOL STREET SCENE as declared to the Monitoring Officer under his statutory duty?
