1- Please provide the following information on all these three Vauxhall councilors and any past or on-going partnerships to developers or acting as moonlighting as consultants for them.

1- Cllr. Malcolm Kennedy - Now resides in Spain.
2- Cllr. Joe Hanson - Dose not live in Vauxhall.
3- Cllr Lisa Gaughan – refuses to answer phone- e-mails – letters for over 17 months now, yet claims to be a councilor in Vauxhall however cannot found?

2- Supply all and any records on Cllr. Kennedy being on a company with
(Anthony McGann) Mr. McGann, went after Liverpool city council Chief executive “Tony Reeves “and was in support of Nick Kavanagh.

3 - Has Cllr. Kennedy ever acted for Mr. Anthony McGann while acting as a full-time councilor for the City of Liverpool Council?

4- Please supply all information on Cllr Hanson and Cllr. Gaughan with any links or business involvement with Mr. Anthony McGann of Vauxhall Liverpool?

The council does understand it may be a crime to not declare gifts.
