Dear Liverpool City Council,
Under the freedom of the information act

1/ Will the Liverpool city council disclose the barroom in fighting; as to The Lord Mayor of Liverpool Councilor Anna Rothery, then Cllr Anna Rothery who attacked Councilor Nick Small.

2/ Why was is not reported to the Merseyside police?

3/ Did the Liverpool city council conduct any drug tests on; Cllr Anna Rothery and Cllr Nick Small?

4/ Did Cllr Nick Small need or go to the Liverpool royal hospital?

5/ Was Cllr Nick Small hit with a glass or bottle?

6/ In 2020 in Penny Lane Liverpool, Lord Mayor Anna Rothery, was seen in the official Mayors car with Cllr Richard Kemp in the back seat, who both came out of an event [John Lennon] Penny lane, could the council please supply the cost of this trip and what was the purpose?

7/ Was this a day out at the expense of the hard-working rate payers?

Will the council and the Lord Mayor now disclose the events that took place in Liverpool L8 with her then [Cllr Anna Rothery] and Cllr Alan Dean, with the dealing of [Dueic Street] and West tree Estates ltd, with the Mayor and Mr. & Mrs. Guy. In which no one could bid on this land only [West Tree estates] did Cllr Anna Rothery try to stop this or side with the Mayor “Joe Anderson"?

England, the English courts will have jurisdiction to hear the claim
against a foreign defendant (Spiliada Maritime Corp v Cansulex Ltd [1987]
A.C. 460).

We would therefore advise that you take prompt action to remove or
disabled access to the Offending Webpages.

In the event that this confirmation is not received, the individuals named
directly or by implication within the above referenced information
requests and publicly displayed on the Offending Websites shall reserve
the right to issue proceedings against you seeking relief for defamation.

The remedies that may be available to the these individuals include an
injunction restraining further publication of the Offending Statement
[pending trial], damages, legal costs and interest.
