Dear Liverpool City Council,

Did Nick Kavanagh his office staff or any other persons in Planning or at the building control even deal with Samuel Beilin himself, his other partners or Samuel Beilin & Partners with regards to:

The Coconut Grove building Liverpool

Eldon Grove building over the past ten years with Peter McInnes

Has there been any old past fees not collected by the council from these persons or the companies in any form with planning fees, 106 fees going back 15 years

Just how long has the Liverpool council/planning/building/departments have known these two persons?
5 years
10 years
15 years
What records do you hold on "Samual Beilin" and his past companies going back 15 years?

Why was a red banner displayed in 2016, on the Coconut Grove building, to plug the Mayor of Liverpool in a partnership with NPG Ltd?

Cllr Ann O'Byrne had been exposed telling lies, by the Echo reporter "Tom Duffy" who told Cllr O'Byrne to lie in a statement to "Tom Duffy"
The next question then would be is she a fit and honest person to be a public officer, and what other lies has she told in her past to fast forward her way in the halls of the Liverpool council?

Yours faithfully,

sue li wong
