Several past FOI's were put in to your office and came back full of misleading lies.

Will the Mayor, Cllr Ann O'Byrne and Cllr Gary Millar now please for the public record tell the truth about the Coconut Grove red banner?

Will your office Apologize to Cllr Steve Radford, the public and express some remorse admit responsibility for your actions and behaviour and acknowledge the misleading lies your office told a member of the public, Josie Mullen who had put in a FOI regarding this matter?

Dear Liverpool City Council,
North Point Global took over the Coconut Grove development in Tuebrook in the early part of 2016. In the same year a banner surrounding most of the building appeared. It had North Point Globel’s logo, the Council's logo and 'Mayor of Liverpool' printed twice. There was also a statement - "Mayor of Liverpool working in partnership with North Point Global

[1] Who paid for this banner around the Coconut Grove development?
[2] What month was it erected and how long was it in place?
[3] Why did the Mayor put his name to this banner when North Point Global had no history of success, had only recently been incorporated, had no accounts [audited or otherwise], had never successfully built anything in Liverpool, had worked in partnership with PHD1 Construction which went into liquidation before even one brick of the new Chinatown development had been laid [still a complete bombsite]

What other dealing has Cllr Ann O’Byrne had in the past 12 years with Peter McInnes and any still past outstanding fees Peter McInnes still has outstanding with 106 or planning fees from all and any projects, Including the Coconut Grove project and Eldon Grove?

Can your office please disclose all bills or payments to the { The Sir Thomas Hotel} Liverpool when both Cllr Ann O’Byrne and Nick Kavanagh booked into this hotel over the past 12 years and what would be the reason these pair would book into this hotel together?
