Analytics (BI that includes outcomes): Analytical software and processes to collect and analyse data including clinical outcomes to support both business planning and reporting.
Child Health System: Responsible for collating data from healthcare professionals for children aged 0-19 in a specified area, into a single child health record.
Health Information Exchange (HIE): Is the electronic transmission of healthcare-related data among medical facilities, health information organizations, and government agencies according to national standards. HIE enables care professionals to view shared records and make more informed decisions for patients.
Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT): A patient management and reporting system for psychological therapists providing cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and other related treatments, which meets the central IAPT reporting requirements. Used to measure local accessibility of psychological therapies.
Order Communications: Electronic ordering communications systems (OCS) are computer applications used to enter diagnostic and therapeutic patient care orders, for example laboratory test requests or prescriptions, and to view test results. The primary aim of the system is to remove most of the current paper-based process for requesting laboratory investigations and for receiving results.
Pathology: Pathology testing is managed electronically
Population health management: Population health management platforms cover the set of IT capabilities and related services that enable provider organizations to manage populations of patients and achieve the specific quality, cost and experience goals.
Transfers of care system: System used to manage and collect data on patient moving from one care provider to another.
Trust Integration Engine (TIE): Trust Integration Engine (TIE)-Integration engine enables trust merger sites to access clinical systems through one consistent, secure platform.
Voice recognition: Identifies and translates spoken words into text. Used to complete tasks or transcribe documents.
Thank you for your time.
Yours faithfully,
Miss G Kovacs
