Dear FOI Team at MFT,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust's handling of my FOI requests 545-23 and 810-23, related to clinical systems. I appreciate the Trust's efforts to manage the requests efficiently. In light of the Trust's decision to aggregate these requests, I would like to propose a solution to facilitate a response within the appropriate limit.

Firstly, I am willing to narrow down the scope of the requests to focus on specific clinical systems or information that is of particular interest. By doing so, I believe we can reduce the cost of compliance. Additionally, I would like to prioritise the information related to the following:

1. ePOA
2. Video consulting
3. Virtual Wards
4. Patient Engagement Portal
5. Pathology PACS
6. Finance
7. HR
8. Payroll
9. Procurement Software

This will allow us to address critical aspects of the requests while remaining within the appropriate limit.

I kindly request that the Trust reconsider the responses to FOI 545-23 and 810-23 in light of these proposed adjustments. I believe that the information sought is of significant public interest and importance, and narrowing down the scope will aid in a more manageable response.

Definitions:
ePOA: Electronic Pre-Operative Assessment, streamlining pre-surgery processes.
Finance: Financial management and accounting solution, including suppliers like Unit4.
Pathology PACS: Digital storage and management of pathology images for healthcare analysis.
Patient Engagement Portal: Used for secure data sharing and patient interaction.
Procurement Software: Automating source-to-pay cycles in business.
Video Consulting: Patient-doctor interactions through video communication.
Virtual Wards: Delivering hospital-level care in patients' homes via telehealth.

If necessary, I formally request an internal review of the Trust's decision, with a focus on finding a mutually acceptable solution to these requests. Please acknowledge this request for an internal review as soon as possible. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your response and a constructive resolution.

Yours sincerely,

Miss G Kovacs
