I am writing to you under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 to request the following information for all Patient Administration Systems (PAS), Electronic Patient Record Systems (EPRs), Archive Solutions, and any other clinical systems the trust currently uses or is in the progress of implementing:
1 The name of each system?
2 The year each system was first used by the Trust or will be used?
3 The date that the current contract for each system commenced?
4 The length of the current contract for each system?
5 The cost per year of the contract for each system?
6 Any additional costs paid to the supplier for implementation?
7 The number of users licensed for each system?
8 Does the system cost include hosting?
9 Does the system cost include any level of integration with other systems?
10 Does the system cost include any off line functionality?
Please provide the information electronically by return email.
If it is not possible to provide the information requested due to the information exceeding the cost of compliance limits identified in Section 12, please provide advice and assistance, under the Section 16 obligations of the Act, as to how I can refine my request.
