1. Page 3 of the publication refers to CMATs lead "as a minimum the service should be led by a skilled clinician with postgraduate experience/qualification in the management of MSK conditions" and "ideally a consultant in sports and exercise medicine would be part of the leadership team".
Please provide full details and expectations of this including exact qualifications and length and breath of experience, along with details of how health boards provide assurance to Welsh Government that they are adhering to the guidelines.

2. Page 4 of the publication refers to the lead clinician and states "must have a proven MSK professional body level of experience and skills suited to the variable MSK demands of the role"
Please provide full details and expectations of this including exact qualifications and length and breath of experience, along with details of how health boards provide assurance to Welsh Government that they are adhering to the guidelines. If there is a standard job description, please provide this.

3. Please confirm which health boards in Wales are adhering and not adhering to these guidelines, broken down by year since January 2015 to the present day.
