Dear University of York,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of University of York's handling of my FOI request 'Climate justice'.

For the second time I have been given an answer to an FOI request that is a URL which does not work. I am anxious to get the information if it exists but the format you are sending it to me in repeatedly displays a 'page does not exist' webpage.

I hope you will clarify this and supply the information forthwith.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/c...

Yours faithfully,

Thomas Ward

Dear Thomas Ward,
Following investigation into your requests F19/250 and F19/259 (for which
you have requested internal reviews), I have established that a software
fault within WhatDoTheyKnow's website has caused the links which we
emailed to you to become corrupted. This is the reason why you have been
unable to access the information which we have provided.
I have raised this issue with WhatDoTheyKnow's support team, who have
provided the correct links for you to use as a comment upon your requests,
whilst they investigate and fix the root cause of this issue.
Given that you should now be able to access the information, please can
you advise whether you still require us to conduct an internal review for
each of these requests, or whether you are satisfied that we can close
these requests?
Yours sincerely,

Dear University of York,
