I'd be surprised if you get your review: "The BBC does not offer an internal review when the information requested is not covered by the Act.".

I think you need to pass this one to the ICO.

I didn't read that bit.
I saw their crappy canned response and glazed over at that point.
So the BBC could, and do, claim that any request is outside the scope of the Act.
I think we all know that they just don't want to respond at any costs.
I will have to think about what to do next, because I know the ICO is almost as useless as the BBC.
