            The Council has a climate change strategy, however the team
that prepared this no longer exists See item 117 at the following link

            The Council has a Carbon Management Plan which was adopted by
Cabinet on 24 July 2012; see item 28 at the following link -

            The Carbon Management Plan which was adopted by Cabinet on 24
July 2012

 

3)         Has a Councillor been assigned to champion this Strategy/Policy
(or similar), if so, who? 

 

            No

           

4)         Is the strategy/policy (or similar) supported by an
action/programme/project plan? If so, please attach.

 

            Please refer to CMP

 

5)         Is this plan delivering on time and to budget? 

 

            Delivery - Yes.

            Budget - No specific budget allocated.

 

6)         What are those timescales and budget?

 

            Timescales - please refer to CMP.

            Budget - specific budget not allocated; however Annual
available Salix Funding also utilised.

 

7)         Are progress reports provided to Cabinet/Council (or similar),
if so, please attach. 

 

            Not to Cabinet.  Progress is discussed at quarterly Carbon
Board Group Meetings
