Dear Enquiries_EastAnglia,

Thank you for your letter.

It is rather difficult to narrow down, because the very object of the enquiry is to find out what information the Environment Agency holds about this sea wall and its impact upon the public path, and you will appreciate that I have no way of knowing that.

Such communications would, undoubtedly, include those with the local highway authority, the Norfolk County Council, but might not be limited to that party. There may, for example, be internal communications of relevance. The wall has, I understand, been in situ for some decades, but when and how did the EA become aware about its impact upon the public right of way?

I propose, in the first instance, to modify my request by requesting information from the last 12 years, i.e. from 1st January 2007.

I trust that this will be acceptable, but do come back to me, however, if you have any further queries.

Yours sincerely,

I. M. Witham

Dear I M Witham

I am sorry you are still not able to see the information.

We have a couple of alternative suggestions -

Would you be able to send us a link to drop-box sharing system so we could upload the information to that for you to access or

If you would be happy to give us a postal address, we could upload the data to a data disc and send it to you.
