Dear Enquiries_EastAnglia,
Thank you for your letter.
I have to say, that your decision to "combine" the two requests that I made is misguided, on your part; despite the locations being in fairly close proximity to one another, the two cases are otherwise completely unrelated to each other.
The issue at Cley next the Sea FP 23 is, at present, the more important of the two, as it involves the Environment Agency's actions, in relatively recent times, in breaching a public highway in two places, without any lawful authority.
I therefore withdraw my request relating to Cley FP 4, to enable you to concentrate on the other request.
Yours sincerely,
I. M. Witham
