Thank you for your email. We will treat your request for information as a request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, received by the university on 27th April 2023. We will endeavour to respond to your request within the statutory 20 working day time frame.
 
Please note that the university has adopted the Model Publication Scheme and also publishes FOI responses on our Disclosure Log. The Fees Regulations state that requests received within 60 consecutive working days can be aggregated.

Further to your recent request for information held by King’s College
London, I am writing to confirm that the requested information is held by
the university.

Your request

We received your information request on 27^th April 2023 and have treated
it as a request for information made under section 1(1) of the Act.

You requested the following information:

Please can you provide the full list of undergraduate courses that were
available in the clearing cycle of summer 2021 and summer 2022 with the
minimum A-level entry requirements for each.

Our response

Checks with the Students and Education Directorate confirm that there were
no courses which went into clearing in August 2021 and August 2022.

This completes the university’s response to your information request.

Your right to complain

If you are unhappy with the service you have received in relation to your
information request or feel that it has not been properly handled you have
the right to complain or request a review of our decision by contacting
the Director of Information Governance & Data Protection Officer within 60
