DCC T&C’s – No KPIs stipulated.

• Suppliers who applied for inclusion on each framework/contract and were
successful & not successful at the PQQ & ITT stages

5 suppliers bid for both lots, 2 suppliers were successful & 3 suppliers
unsuccessful

• Actual spend on this contract/framework (and any sub lots), from the
start of the contract to the current date

Lot 1 - £136k (Supply) and Lot 2 - £83k (Maintenance)

• Start date & duration of framework/contract?

Lot 1 – start date of 25/02/2019 for an initial period of 48 months

Lot 2 – start date of 01/01/2019 for an initial period of 48 months

• Could you please provide a copy of the service/product specification
given to all bidders for when this contract was last advertised?
