Dear Brent Borough Council,

Under the Freedom of Information Act I would like to know the following:

How much did the council pay for the "Cleaner Brent" app and how much money is being paid as a membership fee if any.

A breakdown of price for different operating systems, e.g iPhone, Android, Blackberry, Windows etc.

Yours faithfully,

Masood

Brent Council - INFORMATION REQUEST

Our Reference: 222118425
====================================================

Dear Mr. Haqdad
I am writing to respond to the request for information that you made on
4^th May and to apologise for the delay.
The majority of Brent vehicles are operated by Brent Transport Services so
we set out below the answers to your questions that relate to BTS
vehicles. We hope this will meet your needs. However formally we are
applying section 12 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 to the
request. This provides that the Council is not obliged to respond to a
request if it estimates that the costs are likely to exceed the
Appropriate Limit. For local government this is set at £450, calculated at
£25 per person hour estimating whether information is held, locating
retrieving and extracting it.
The reason the limit is likely to be exceeded is that there are a number
of services which operate a small number of vehicles and we would need to
investigate who to contact in respect of each vehicle and then survey them
to ascertain whether any recorded information was held relating to your
questions.
In terms of Brent Transport Services the answers to your questions are as
follows:
Q1. Please provide the number of diesel vehicles currently operated by the
Department/Authority.

Our central records do not include a field for fuel type so would need to
collect this independently. We can report on model and make which would
indicate fuel type in some cases. Please let me know if you require this
breakdown.

Q2. The number of occasions any of these vehicles has been misfilled with
petrol requiring unscheduled servicing during each of the last two years.

Nil
Q3. Please provide the total direct cost associated with the miss-fuelling
events.

Nil. We have our own bunkering system and rarely use fuel cards.

Q4. If the motor vehicles are owned/maintained by a leasing company please
provide the name of the leasing company.

Brent Transport have no leased or hired vehicles.
If you are dissatisfied with the response or how the Council has handled
your request you can complain to the Council by writing to the following
address: FOI at Brent Civic Centre, Floor 4, Engineers Way, Wembley HA9
0FJ.  Telephone 020 8937 1426   e-mail [1][Brent Borough Council request email]. It is the

dealt with by someone who was not involved in the original decision.  You
