CLASP school data - Nottinghamshire County Council
Dear Nottinghamshire County Council,
In 2009/2010 your local authority responded to the HSE/DfE questionnaire on system built schools. Your response indicated that your local authority has one or more CLASP system built schools.
Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, please provide me with the following information:
1. The name and address of all your schools in 2009 / 2010 that contained system built CLASP buildings.
2. The name(s) of any schools that have had all their CLASP buildings demolished since 2009/2010.
3. The name (s) of any schools that have had some of their CLASP buildings demolished since 2009/2010.
4. The name(s) of all your local authority schools that since 2010 have applied for but not received funding for demolition/renovation /repair of CLASP buildings
5. The name(s) of all your local authority school(s) containing CLASP buildings that have since 2010 received funding for demolition/renovation /repair of CLASP buildings from :
a. Priority School Building Programme (PSBP) funding and / or
b. Another funding source. Please name this funding source.
6.
a. The name(s) of your schools containing system built CLASP buildings that have become independent of your local authority since 2009/2010 and
b. The name and contact details of their new Duty Holder.
I understand that under the Act I am entitled to a response within 20 working days of your receipt of this request. Some parts of the request may be easier to answer than others. Should this be the case, I request that you release information as soon as it becomes available.
If my request is denied in whole or in part, I ask that you justify all deletions by reference to specific exemptions of the Act. I will also expect you to release all non-exempt material. I reserve the right to appeal your decision to withhold any information or to charge excessive fees.
I would prefer to receive the information electronically and can send a spreadsheet on request to facilitate this.

We’re not able to provide a list of schools in 2009/10 since ours is a
live database; the current list of LA maintained schools is attached on a
spreadsheet.
2. The name(s) of any schools that have had all their CLASP buildings
demolished since 2009/2010.
