Dear Bury Metropolitan Borough Council,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Bury Metropolitan Borough Council's handling of my FOI request 'CLASP school data - Bury Metropolitan Borough Council'.
This is because the CLASP school building you refer to in your response was built in 2005/2006. However the CLASP school you identified in your response to the 2009/2010 HSE/DCSF survey would have been built between 1945 and 1980.
I would be grateful if you could recheck your records and your original response to the HSE/DCSF survey (2010/2009) and redo your response to my FOI survey with the school originally identified by you as CLASP.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/c...

Yours faithfully,

G Reed
