Dear Stoke on Trent City Council,

Could you please clarify your request under SOT 71994.

(1) Do the quantity of properties in each scheme that were noted to contain cat.1 defects refer to properties that have had FULL surveys ONLY? (that is to say, both internal and external inspections).

(2) If the quantities referred to in SOT 71944 INCLUDE dwellings that contained cat.1 defects which were recorded from EXTERNAL surveys ONLY, could you please advise how many by area and tenure?

(3) If the quantities referred to in SOT 71944 EXCLUDE dwellings that contained cat. 1 defects which were recorded from EXTERNAL surveys ONLY, could you please advise how many by area and tenure?

I appreciate that you may not have records of tenure for (2) & (3) above.
Tenure for (1) above has already been provided.

The information supplied may be used for domestic or journalistic
purposes. Its use for commercial gain including issuing to the public,

under the Reuse of Public Sector Information Regulations 2015.
