Clarification on the £60,000 set aside for PROW at Waterside Close and Faversham Reach

The request was successful.

Dear Swale Borough Council,

You will recall that the sum of £60,000 was allocated and set aside at the request of Cllr. Cosgrove for the footpath.

Please will you clarify a few points?

1) What exactly is the £60,000 to be used for? Is it for the actual construction of the path or for the compensation sums to be paid by residents?

2) if the compensation sums are larger than have been estimated, who will the pay the extra sums involved and will Councillors be given an opportunity to either approve or reject the extra funding?

Yours faithfully,

Anna Bales
