Section 3.6 of your Acceptable Use Policy states that you have a legal duty to ensure that personal and sensitive information is not overheard or overlooked in public areas when conducting DWP business.
Given that your Jobcentres and Restart provider offices are of the open plan design what measures are in place to ensure this does not happen? and what action can be taken if a claimant feels his information can be heard or overlooked by people nearby?
