Dear Mr Weston,

I would like to request a review of this request for the following reasons

a) Please reconsider providing the information for the following categories.
1) Number of claims submitted
2) Number of hearings which took place

I understand categories 3 and 4 could lead to leakage of personal information. However, there does not seem to be a way in which categories 1 and 2 could leak information.

b) It is in the public domain that at least 2 hearings have taken place which do not appear in this list.
3YS16797 Ransomes Park Ltd v Anderson, Friday 21 Feb 2014.
3YK70209 Ransomes Park Ltd v Hamblion, 12 Sep 2013

Please investigate why these did not appear in the results, and see whether as a result of this, if other cases have also been missed.

Yours sincerely,

Alex Shipp

Dear Mr Weston,

Please note that Mr Duff in the directions hearing for the Ransomes v Anderson appeal, stated he had filed over 700 claims, so I am surprised that the total number of claims only seems to be around 9.

Alex Shipp

Dear Ministry of Justice,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request a further internal review of Ministry of Justice's handling of my FOI request 'Claims made by Ransomes/Proserver'.

Before I progress this to the ICO I would like to give you one more chance to internally review this, on the basis that your reviewer misread/misunderstood the reasons behind the initial review.

Your reviewer states.

"I am satisfied that the anonymised data in relation to your questions (1), (2) and (3), if disclosed could through a “jig-saw” approach be matched against other information about the affected individuals already in the public domain and which may lead to their identification"

However, i have only asked for data in relation to questions 1 and 2. I can see no way in which data from 1 and 2 can be used to match against other information in the public domain in a jigsaw approach which could lead to identification.

I would therefore once again request that the answers from 1 and 2 are supplied. If you wish to re-review this to avoid getting the ICO involved, please inform me before 26 November.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/c...

Yours faithfully,

Alex Shipp
