Dear Northern Health and Social Care Trust (Northern Ireland),

Provide details of the number of compensation claims for medical negligence, against the Northern Health Board and the Health and Social Care Trusts, which have not been settled or closed after (i) 5 years; (ii) 10 years; and (iii) 15 years of going through the legal process.
