Claiming my Birth (Berth) Certificate bond
Dear HM Treasury,
I am the Legal executor and sole Beneficiary for the estate of David William Patrick Foulkes formerly known previously as JC157459D and would like to claim my Birth certificate bond back as at the time of its inception I was not able to make decisions for myself !
Dear Her Majesty's Treasury,
I am informed that when I was born, there was generated and floated, a bond, which is re-created every year.
Therefore under the FOI I would like to ask the following, please:
a) how much 'money' was generated at the date of my birth in 1983 (apparently)?
b) how much 'money' is generated by my bond each year?
c) who authorises this new 'money' each year. This means what NAME and POSITION of 'authority' of a HUMAN BEING authorises that?
d) where does that 'money' go each year?
e) who (human being(s)) benefits from this bond in my name?
f) how much money' is currently sitting in my 'account' to date?
g) do I have the Right of access to, and use of, this 'money' that has been generated and floated on my behalf?
I have used the word money in inverted commas as there is no confusion that what constitutes' money' of the United Kingdom Corporation is merely an un-payable IOU issued fraudulently from a bankrupt corporation/'company'. There is NO lawful money in circulation, it is all fiat.
Therefore, please would you tell me, as 'money' is worthless, how may I claim every penny (and that which will be generated in subsequent years) that is currently paid into MY bond account, for my own use?
Now I have recinded my Birth Certificate I am legally entitled to do so
Yours faithfully,
Kind Regards
Dave William previously known as David William Patrick Foulkes
