Dear Department for Work and Pensions,

You recently stated..

"Service level agreements set out our expectations for service delivery, including quality of consultations, number of days to provide advice to the department and evidence of claimant satisfaction, taken from the Claimant Satisfaction Survey. I am pleased to confirm PIP providers consistently exceed the Customer Satisfaction target of 90%."

I believe these figures to be untrue and would like to check them for myself, therefore please provide me with a copy of the Claimant Satusfaction Survey.

Yours faithfully,

Kirsty Eccles

Dear Department for Work and Pensions,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Department for Work and Pensions's handling of my FOI request 'Claimant satisfaction survey PIP"

As you have chosen to completely ignore my request I would now like an internal review. Make no mistake, if you fail to respond I shall pass this file to the ICO.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/c...

Yours faithfully,

Kirsty Eccles

Dear [email address] on behalf of DWP Health Services Correspondence,

Wow! You deliberately used misleading tactics. Only a minute volume of people filled out the survey.

The DWP are crooks.

Yours sincerely,
