Dear Department for Work and Pensions,

If it exists, please kindly provide your policy on claimant privacy inside jobcentres. We would like to know the measures you have taken to ensure conversations between claimant and adviser are not overheard by other claimants.

Such measures may, for instance, include:
1 Minimum distance that must be kept between each adviser's desk to keep claimants apart during appointments.
2 Privacy screens.
3 Limiting the number of claimants in the jobcentre at once
4 Steps to prevent waiting claimants overhearing conversations taking place between claimant and adviser.
