Dear Department for Work and Pensions,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Department for Work and Pensions's handling of my FOI request 'Claimant Needs Support : Opstrat Searchlight DRS DWP Special Records'.

Missing is the requested
"Data that can be inputted and recorded of support needs on:
1.Opstrat
2.Searchlight
3.DRS
4.DWP Special Records"

What is the data/coding on the databases recording a claimant is vulnerable and needs support

So for example if a client has suicidal tendencies or suicide risk or history of suicide what coding and for what database is it addable, or if the client has limited mental capability how is that coded and recorded on which of the databases

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/c...

Yours faithfully,

Linda saunders
