Dear Department for Work and Pensions,

Please provide me with the internal information and guidance you have that is for operational Work Coach use for NSJSA, NSESA and UC Claimant Commitments that refers to the subject and topics of [A] and [B].

[A] "During the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, you will not get a sanction if you cannot keep to your Claimant Commitment"
