1). I need the information about when the £10000 limit applies and how it
is calculated.

2). The charged overhead for each area to you and changes.

This e-mail looks to cover similar, if not the same, ground as that which

Please clarify if you wish us to process the e-mail received on 23 April

issues caused by lockdown restrictions. If it is the case that you wish
Highways England to process this as a request then please be aware that
the request may be refused under Section 14(2) as repeated due to its
similarities with your other request. If you are asking for different
information to that which has been requested in the above link please can
you clarify what information you are seeking.

Please note that if we do not receive appropriate clarification of your
writing within three months from the date of this e-mail, then we will
consider the matter closed.

Dear FOI Advice,
Are you going to provide the information?
I have written
I'm waiting for information about Appendix A. 17th February I asked for the information!!!
You couldn't get it all so this should get me what I need for now.
Yours sincerely,
George White

FOI Advice, Highways England Company Limited

Dear Mr White,

Thank you for your e-mail.

So as I understand you are making a request for the same information as you did at points 1 & 2 of your 17 February 2020 request (shown below for reference). Please confirm if this is the case.

Dear Highways England Company Limited,

Kier is using another charging process for SRN repair claims in Area 9. Online information points to a process for ASC’s set out in Appendix A to Annex 23. Can you provide:

1). A copy of appendix A for each area, any changes to this and date of the change

2.) The third-party overhead for each area. If it changed in any area the new rate and date the change occurred.

3). Contract compliance audits for each area’s SRN claims and

4). All reports of non-compliance and sanctions with the SRN repair process

Kind Regards
