out below.

Response

I have covered each of your points in turn.

5. Any guidance documents which relates to Claim for Council Tax Discount
or Exemption

I note that two forms were attached to the initial response, which went
some way to providing information on this point. However, arguably more
assistance could have been given. Further and mmore comprehensive guidance
is provided on the council website at
[1]https://www.barnet.gov.uk/council-tax/co...
6. Regulation and Criteria a claimants needs to meet to be exempt from
Council Tax.

Information on this is published at the link above.
7.Please provide me with address, email of your complaint department for

8. Please also provide me with your Complaint procedures and guidance. in
Easy Read Format. I've checked on the Barnet website and cannot grasp how
to make a complain because I find it confusing.

We do not currently hold the Complaint procedures and guidance in Easy
Read format. However, I have asked our Complaints Manager if he can
assist, and he has informed me he is happy to talk to you about what you
might require in this regard. His details are in the response to question
7, above.

The council's original response, whilst broadly in alignment with the FOI
Act, could have done more to provide advice and assistance. I therefore
partly uphold your complain in this regard.

right to appeal to the Information Commissioner at:
