Sam from medConfidential made this Freedom of Information request to Ministry of Justice Automatic anti-spam measures are in place for this older request. Please let us know if a further response is expected or if you are having trouble responding.

The request was successful.

Dear HMCTS,

Under the Freedom of Information Act, can you please provide, with any screenshots redacted, the training materials for new staff on when/how to use the “fix case interface errors” functionality which can appear under "exception lists" in the CJS common platform interface.

This request is made following your response to FOI with reference 230125028, which is available at the link below. I trust this slightly modified question will allow you to answer the request you previously refused for the information now excluded. If not, please comply with the 16(1) duty to assist requestors with a more tailored question that you can answer.

Dear CJSCP-PMO,

Thank you for your letter in reply to my request. However, the letter as received did not have an embedded PDF as described, but had an embedded image of the logo for a PDF file and the filename.

If you could re-send the the redacted lessons PDF as a normal attachment, that will hopefully be what was intended.

With thanks,
Sam
