Please provide the following information or answers to the questions asked:

A copy of the structure chart for the team who deliver marriage, civil partnership and naming ceremonies, showing the reporting lines, job titles of all the posts within the team, job grade and pay range, both annual and hourly rate of pay, the number of people occupying each post on a full time, part time, permanent or fixed term or secondment or casual/bank/zero hours contract basis.

How long has the Council employed staff on casual/bank/zero hours contract basis to conduct Ceremonies, what was the rate of pay for those working for such contracts of employment in April 2009, April 2014 and April 2019?

How many staff on casual/bank/zero hour contracts left the Council employment in each year since April 2014?

How many staff have been recruited to casual/bank/zero hours contracts in each year since April 2014?

How much on average did those working on casual/bank/zero hours contracts earn in the period April 2018 to March 2019?

What employment benefits do permanent, fixed term and staff on secondment get that those who are on casual/bank/zero hours contracts do not get?

Does the Council provide staff with uniform to wear whilst conducting ceremonies?
