1. The total amount of Public Sector spend including commission which was invoiced for each of the financial years or part year for each lot?
2. How many suppliers invoiced for each of the financial years or part year across each lot?
3. What was the total amount of commission paid to NEPO for each of the financial years or part year?
4. What financial analysis, assessment and ongoing monitoring have NEPO undertaken during the contract period?
5. Did NEPO discuss specific financial concerns with Carillion? If so when and what concerns were raised?
6. What specifics actions did NEPO take prior to the collapse of Carillion to protect taxpayers funds?
7. What was the minimum, maximum and average number of creditor days from the suppliers on the framework to their direct tier 2 supply chain for each of the financial years or part year?
8. What are the total savings achieved for each of the financial years or part year across each lot?
9. What service quality assessment has been undertaken for each supplier for each of the financial years or part year?
10. What are the specific service quality measurement KPI’s?
11. What service quality trends have been observed for each supplier for each of the financial years or part year? Please provide the aggregate trend by supplier over the contract term.
