Mr Furness,

Thank you for your e mail communication requesting information. Your
request has been considered under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

In respect of your questions please I have outlined the answers below:-

Question: Please provide details of uniforms worn by Civil Enforcement
Officers including descriptions of embroidered logos and markings, as well
as any difference between summer/winter wear

Answers:-

1. Navy blue trousers - no logo

2. White shirt (short/long sleeves) - Oldham Council logo on left breast
with the words Oldham Council underneath in black

3. Navy clip on tie/cravat - no logo

4. Yellow Hi Viz Vest - Oldham Council logo on left breast with the words
Oldham Council underneath in black, on the right breast the words Parking
Enforcement in black

5. Navy/Royal blue Anorak (long jacket) or blouson (short jacket) - Oldham
Council logo on left breast pocket with the words Oldham Council in white
underneath.

6. Navy jumper - Oldham Council logo on left breast with the words Oldham
Council underneath in white

7. Navy cap with navy cap band that has the words Parking Enforcement in
white

8. Navy epaulettes - with CEO numbers/letter in chrome

9. Black boots/shoes

We do not have a different uniform for summer and winter, the CEOs would
wear jumpers, long sleeved shirts, jackets and Hi Viz Vest in winter and
in summer would wear short sleeved shirts and Hi Viz Vest.
