covers the hospitals and services managed by the Royal Free London NHS
Foundation Trust, namely the Royal Free Hospital, Barnet Hospital and
Chase Farm Hospital and associated group services.

The Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust does hold this information. The
trust considers that this information is exempt from disclosure under the
Freedom of Information Act 2000, Section 21 (Information reasonably
accessible to the applicant by other means), which provides an exemption
from the duty to disclose information which is accessible to the Applicant
