as a Freedom of Information request, under the Freedom of Information Act
2000.

You have requested the following information:

1.    approximate number of multi-dwelling residential properties under
your management with a bulk connection to a heat network and with no
individual metering of tenants.

 

We will endeavour to answer your queries as quickly and concisely as we
can. In some instances, we may ask for further clarification or require
more information from you. This may be because the request is not clear or
we are unable to decipher what is being requested from us. If we do
request this from you, please note we are unable to process your request
until we receive further clarification from you.

 

What happens next?

We will ask our wider teams across CityWest Homes if we hold the
information you requested. If we do hold the information, we will gather
and collate the information. If documents are being requested, documents
may be redacted to protect any personal data or be redacted for other
legal reasons. We will then assess whether any exemptions apply to your
request to withhold the information requested. If no exemptions apply, we
will inform you in our response letter all the information we have
gathered for you enclosing the information requested.

 

In some instances the cost of completing a Freedom of Information request
may require more than 18 hours for CityWest Homes to complete. If this is
the case, CityWest Homes are exempt from providing this information
without a fee being paid. We will inform you of this in our response
letter. We will also calculate and provide a breakdown of our costs and
what is required to be paid in order for us to complete your Freedom of
Information request.

 

When should you expect a response from CityWest Homes?

CityWest Homes will provide a response to your Freedom of Information
request within 20 working days, of receipt of your request. Your Freedom
of Information request was received on 11/11/2018. We will respond to you
by 7/12/2018 at the latest. If we are unable to provide all the
information you have requested, within the 20 working days, we will inform
you prior to the deadline and inform you when we expect to respond to you
by.
