Severity One: 30 mins, Severity Two: 2 Hours, Severity Three: 8 Hours,
Severity Four: 8 Hours

The Council invites quotations for the provision of Citrix Virtual Apps
and Desktop Virtual Premium Licenses as specified below:
 

• Quote 1: Renewal of 1300 x Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop Virtual
Premium Licenses
• Quote 2: 900 x Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop Virtual Premium
Licenses (New)
• Quote 3: 700 x Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop Virtual Premium
Licenses (New)
• Quote 4: 1300 x Citrix Universal Hybrid Multi-Cloud Licences (New)
• Quote 5: 900 x Citrix Universal Hybrid Multi-Cloud Licences (New)
• Quote 6: 700 x Citrix Universal Hybrid Multi-Cloud Licences (New)

Contract: 12 months effective from 20 September 2024

Please note, it is paramount that you are a Citrix Partner and get pricing
from Citrix before bidding for this tender.

The duration of the contract is for 1 year.
