Citizenship ceremonies

Would you please provide a list (by date) of all citizenship ceremonies held by the Oxfordshire County Council from 2004 to 2008, and those in 2009 (already occurred and scheduled in the future), including the number of new citizens participating and the civic dignitary presiding at each ceremony. Thank you for your request of 30 April 2009 in which you asked for the
following information:
Would you please provide a list (by date) of all citizenship
ceremonies held by the Oxfordshire County Council from 2004 to
2008, and those in 2009 (already occurred and scheduled in the
future), including the number of new citizens participating and the
civic dignitary presiding at each ceremony.
Your request is being considered and you will receive the information
requested as soon as possible and in any event within the next 20 working
days in compliance with the Freedom of Information Act 2000, unless an
exemption applies. This means that the council will respond to you by 1
June 2009 at the latest.
There may be a fee payable for this information. You will be informed if
this is the case and you can decide if you wish to proceed with your
request.
If appropriate, the information requested can be made available in
alternative formats, including other languages, Braille, large print, and
audiocassette. If you require any of these formats then please let me
know.

Thank you for your request of 30 April 2009 in which you asked for the
following information:
Would you please provide a list (by date) of all citizenship
ceremonies held by the Oxfordshire County Council from 2004 to
2008, and those in 2009 (already occurred and scheduled in the
future), including the number of new citizens participating and the
civic dignitary presiding at each ceremony.
Oxfordshire Registration Service conducts citizenship ceremonies every
week on Thursdays with, on average, 30 citizens per ceremony. The
ceremonies began in April 2004 and are usually held in the Council Chamber
in County Hall, Oxford. Occasionally Registration Services will hold the
ceremony in a school or iconic building elsewhere in Oxfordshire.
The Lord Lieutenant, or one of his deputies, is the civic dignitary at
each citizenship ceremony. Below is a list of each of these dignitaries:
