Dear Department for Work and Pensions,

The DWP have now confirmed that Serco and Maximus have been successful for delivering PIP and or WCA contracts

From September 2024, if someone has a WCA or PIP assessment, it will be carried out by the following company:

North England and Scotland: Maximus UK Services Limited (currently Atos)

Midlands and Wales: Capita Business Services (currently Capita)

South West England: Serco (currently Atos)

South East England, London and East Anglia: Ingeus UK Limited (currently ATOS)

Northern Ireland: Capita Business Services (currently Capita)

Please provide the CIRS condition insight reports and if available any EBMs or desktop aids or similiar, capita and IAS are already in the public domain so there should be no problem these are to cover any and all disabilities, disorders, chronic illness may it be mental or physical to include personality disorders and addictions for senco Maximus and ingeus used as reference material to help assess functionality examination by the suppliers including blank templates of the assessment report that the HP completes

This is to show transparency of the process as there is much public interest in the PIP process and the suppliers

Thank you very much for your time in advance

Yours faithfully,

David Andrew Jameson

Dear David Andrew Jameson,

I am writing in response to your request for information, received 20th
October.

Yours sincerely,

David Andrew Jameson

Dear Department for Work and Pensions,

The documents would be held by the the new FAS
providers and would be any documents equivalent to what are known as CIRs condition insight reports and or EBMs to give insight of conditions and possible functional capability.

Refer to the Capita /IAS condition inside reports if you are unsure what I mean which you already kindly provided me with. The timeframe would be from the start of the new supplier contract to the present

Yours faithfully,

David Andrew Jameson
