I would like to request a copy of the statistical returns
made by you to CIPFA statistics division that contains details of
library usage, book stock, performance data and spending. I would
like this information in spreadsheet format.

This data is only 'published' in as much as it can be purchased. The cost for a single year's spreadsheet is £370 +VAT.

The link you provided requires a login to access and is therefore not reasonably accessible. I refer you to the ICO guidance:

Additionally, the attached document is not the information I requested. Apologies if this was not clear. I want the information that you send to CIPFA, not the reports that CIPFA send to you.

A response sent to this request on Wednesday the 13th of April 2011 has been removed by the WhatDoTheyKnow team.

The removed response contained, as an attachment, a copy of the Public Library Statistics 2010-11 Estimates and 2009-10 Actuals produced by CIPFA Stats
