CIL demands and payments

This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. I'm seeking information on Community Infrastructure Levy notices and payments comparable to the following data set published by the London Borough of Camden: https://data.gov.uk/dataset/community-in...

For each Community Infrastructure Levy demand notice issued since the introduction of the scheme, please provide at least the following information:

1. The reference number for the planning application to which the demand relates
2. The date on which the demand was issued
3. The amount demanded (£)
4. The amount so far received (£)
5. The date on which the most recent payment was received

If this information is kept in a spreadsheet or database with additional columns, please feel free to provide a raw exported version rather than extracting the specific columns above. In any case, please provide the information as an XLS or CSV spreadsheet.

dealt with as a formal request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 /
Environmental Information Regulations 2004. 

 

Unfortunately I am unable to identify the information from the details you
have provided.  Please respond to the following query from the service, so
that they can locate any records held by the London Borough of Havering.
Your request can then be considered and you will receive a response as
soon as possible. 

 

·         Could you advise whether you are interested in Mayoral CIL or
Council CIL please.

 

The Freedom of Information Act 2000/Environmental Information Regulations
2004 allows authorities 20 working days, following date of receipt, in

However, under section 10 (6)(b) of the Act,  the 20 day working day clock
does not start until clarification of the above is received.  If we do not
hear from you within 3 months your request will be cancelled.
