Dear Children and Family Court Advisory Support Service,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of Children and Family Court Advisory Support Service's handling of my FOI request 'CIAF Living document review data'.
You have incorrectly applied S14. This is a reasonable request because information CAFCASS make available states that in piloting the CIAF, from October 2018 CAFCASS will ‘monitor and measure impact’ therefore the information should reasonably be provided and available not just to the requester but the public therefore this request as such, cannot reasonably be considered vexatious.
Please provide accurate information as requested.
A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/c...
