Dear South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust,

Please could you let me know, within the next 30 days under the Freedom of Information Act:

What criteria is used in the Trust for diagnosing Chronic Fatigue Syndrome?

If a person has been diagnosed with chronic fatigue syndrome elsewhere do you accept referrals straight for treatment?

What's the current waiting time for chronic fatigue syndrome treatment to commence?

NICE guidelines state several vitamins and minerals wouldn't normally be prescribed although some people with this condition may find them helpful, are there any other health conditions which being on this treatment programme might mean a normal diet didn't deliver enough of them.
