For the purpose of this FOI, a celebrity is not the local mayor or MP. 
Anyone who has appeared on television, reality television, it is people in
the media. Athletes, authors, ect.

We can confirm that Breckland Council does not hold the information you
have requested regarding Christmas lights and decorations.

Responsibility for Christmas lights, decorations, and related activities
lies with the respective town councils within our area. We recommend
