Freedom of Information and the Coronavirus Covid-19  

During the height of the pandemic and lockdown period a number of our
staff were redeployed into Covid-19 response teams. This included our
Freedom of Information team and those who provide the responses from the
service areas. This has resulted in a backlog of requests, however we are
now working to recover this backlog and get up to date. 

We are still processing requests and sending responses as soon as we are
able, and hopefully within the prescribed deadlines though we can’t
guarantee that at the moment. 

Online Form:If you are sending a new freedom of information request, next
time try using our [1]online form which automates the processing of your
request and if you register, you will receive updates about your request
via email.

To some of the more common freedom of information requests we receive we
publish the information on the website.

When submitting your Freedom of Information Request we will record your
data for the purposes of processing your request and this will be held in

Diolch i chi am eich cais Rhyddid Gwasanaeth. Yn ystod brig y pandemig a’r
cyfnod clo cafodd nifer o’n staff eu hadleoli i weithio i dimau ymateb
Covid-19. Roedd hyn yn cynnwys ein tîm Rhyddid Gwybodaeth a’r rhai sy’n
darparu ymatebion o’r meysydd gwasanaeth. Mae hyn wedi arwain at
ôl-groniad o geisiadau, fodd bynnag rydym yn awr yn gweithio i leihau’r
ôl-groniad a dychwelyd i’r arfer.

modd, a gobeithio o fewn yr amserlenni a nodwyd er na allwn warantu hynny
