I would like to know the minimum and maximum weekly cost of the below Placement types for Looked after Children placed in Residential Children's Homes for the Financial Year 2018 -2019 supplied by Private or Voluntary Organisations;
Please provide a breakdown of Framework and Spot purchase price and how many of these placements have been made;
1a. Children with Moderate Learning Disabilities (LD)with one member of Staff to two Children level of support.
1b Children with Moderate Learning Disabilities (LD)with one memberof Staff to one Child level of support.
1c. Children with Moderate Learning Disabilities(LD) with two members of Staff to one Child level of support.
1d. Children with Moderate Learning Disabilities(LD) with one member of Staff to two Children level of support and Full- time education provided
1e. Children with Moderate Learning Disabilities(LD) with one member of Staff to two Children level of support and Full- time education and Therapy provided.
2a. Children with Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) with one member of Staff to two Children level of support.

Your request for information has been considered by Warwickshire County
Council under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
Please be advised that we are not providing information in answer to your
request on this occasion.
This is because we do not record and hold some of the information as
requested - and where information that you have requested is held, it is

Therefore In order for us to provide this information in answer to your
request, we would be required to undertake a manual review of individual

The Freedom of Information and Data Protection (Appropriate Limit and
Fees)Regulations 2004 currently sets the appropriate costs limit at £450
which would amount to 18 hours of officer time.

As advised above, for us to provide information in answer to this part
your request, we would be required to undertake a manual review of

estimate that compliance with this part of your request would exceed the
appropriate costs limit under Section 12 of the Freedom of Information Act
2000.

Please be advised that Warwickshire County Council no longer categorise
children as EBD, with the equivalent category that we record under being
Social, Emotional & Health (SEMH) needs.
However, this information is again not held in a reportable format on our
central recording database and we would be required to undertake a manual
review of individual records and files to provide data on this. We again
estimate that compliance with this part of your request would exceed the
appropriate costs limit under Section 12 of the Freedom of Information Act
2000.
If you are dissatisfied with the handling of your request, you have the
