2. At what date did you start using the current system, and what was the previous IT system ? 2008 - Swift by Anite
3. When is the system due for renewal? Rolling annual contract
4. How much is the total cost of the contract p.a. (including support and maintenance)? This information is commercially sensitive
5. Have you retained a legacy system for data archive purposes? Swift is still used by adults. Children's Services information has been archived
