Dear Essex County Council,

Please can you provide the following information under the Freedom of Information Act:
1. How many assessments were completed by independent practitioners or external organisations carried outside of the court arena during the period between 01/01/2022 and 31/01/2022 for:
A: PAMS assessments
B: Parenting risk assessments
C: SGO assessments
D: Form F assessments
E: Connected Person / Kinship Care assessments
F: Kinship Viability Assessments
G: Age assessment / unaccompanied minor assessments

2. How many assessments were completed by internal employees i.e. social workers employed by the Council that were undertaken outside of the court arena during the period between 01/01/2022 and 31/12/2022 for:
A: PAMS assessment
B: Parenting risk assessment
C: SGO assessment
D: Form F assessment
E: Connected Person / Kinship Care Assessment
F: Kinship Viability Assessment
G: Age assessment / unaccompanied minors

3. Please provide each of names of the teams responsible for commissioning these assessments

* Not commissioned for the purpose of Care Proceedings or in Private Law. Please include data for when these assessments have been carried out for the purpose of PLO (public law outline)
